1. Account Creation; Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with Klyr and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. To purchase from the Site, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify Klyr immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Terms of Sale
Orders, Pricing and Payments: We strive for accuracy in pricing and product descriptions but cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. Products may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Payment must be received before acceptance of an order.

Quantity Limitations: We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion.

Resellers Prohibited: Products purchased from Klyr may not be resold or exported without our consent.

Shipping: You agree to pay applicable shipping and handling fees.

Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required.
